These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the limousine and car services provided by UG168 Limousine (“UG168,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your use of our invoices, receipts, and online payment pages. By booking a service, accepting an invoice, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
UG168 Limousine provides professional limousine, chauffeur, and car-transfer services, including airport transfers, local transfers, and daily service, as arranged between you and us.
2. Bookings, Invoices, and Receipts
When you request service, we prepare an invoice or receipt describing the service, date, amounts, and totals. You are responsible for confirming that the details are correct. Receipts may be sent to you by email with a secure link to view and pay online.
3. Pricing, Taxes, Tolls, and Gratuity
Prices are as stated on your invoice or receipt. Amounts may include applicable taxes, tolls or parking, and gratuity. Rates for time-based service are calculated by rate multiplied by hours unless a flat amount is stated.
4. Deposits
For some bookings we may request a deposit to secure your reservation. You may pay the deposit or pay in full. If you pay only the deposit, the remaining balance becomes due and a balance reminder will be sent, typically the day after the service is provided.
5. Payment and Card Authorization
You agree to pay all amounts shown on your invoice or receipt. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor (CardPointe / CardConnect, a Fiserv company). By entering your card and completing a payment, you authorize us to charge the amount shown, including any tip you add.
6. Saved Cards and Stored-Credential Charges
If you choose to save your card, you authorize UG168 Limousine to securely store a token representing your card and to charge that card for future services you request, and for balances, late charges, or fees permitted under these Terms that you do not cancel or dispute in time. We store only a secure token and limited details (brand, last four digits, expiration) and never your full card number. You may remove a saved card at any time from the “Find Your Receipt” page on our Site, or by contacting us.
7. Tips
Tips are optional and, where offered, may be added by you at the time of payment. Any tip you add is included in the total you authorize.
8. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Payment
Please cancel or change a booking as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable where a booking is cancelled late or missed, as communicated to you. If an invoice remains unpaid after our reminders, a late service charge (a percentage of the amount due, as shown on your receipt and in our settings) may be added to the amount you owe, and, if you have a card on file, we may charge it for the amount due.
9. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly and we will review the transaction.
10. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate booking information, to be ready at the agreed pickup time and location, and to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. You are responsible for any damage you or your party cause to a vehicle beyond normal use.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UG168 Limousine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as traffic, weather, or road conditions). Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold UG168 Limousine harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Georgia.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the revision.
