This Privacy Policy explains how UG168 Limousine (“UG168,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you book our services, receive an invoice or receipt, make a payment, or otherwise interact with us or our website at ug168limo.com (the “Site”). By using our services or providing us your information, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who We Are
DBA UG168 Limousine

2. Information We Collect
- Contact information — your name, phone number, and email address.
- Trip and booking details — pickup and drop-off locations, service dates and times, the type of service requested, and any notes or special requests you provide.
- Billing and payment information — invoice and receipt amounts, deposits, tips, taxes, tolls, and payment status. When you pay by card, your card details are entered directly into a secure form hosted by our payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Saved payment method (optional) — if you choose to save your card for future use, we store only a secure “token” and limited details (card brand, last four digits, and expiration date) that let us charge future services you request. We never store your full card number.
- Communications — emails and messages you exchange with us.
- Website and device information — when you visit the Site, we and our providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, including through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, schedule, and manage limousine and car services you request.
- To create and send invoices and receipts, and to process payments, deposits, balances, and tips.
- To send payment reminders and service-related notifications.
- To charge, with your authorization, a payment method you have saved with us for services you request or that you do not cancel in time.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To maintain records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and tax obligations.
4. Payment Processing and Card Security
Card payments are processed by CardPointe / CardConnect, a Fiserv company (“Processor”). When you enter your card, the details are captured directly by the Processor’s secure system and converted into a token. This means:
- Your full card number is never stored on our servers.
- We handle only a secure token and limited display details (brand, last four digits, expiration).
- Card data is protected using industry-standard encryption and tokenization, and our payment handling is designed to meet applicable PCI DSS requirements.
Your card information is also subject to the Processor’s own privacy and security practices.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Payment processor — to process payments and store tokens for saved cards.
- Service providers — such as email, hosting, and software providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
6. Saved Cards (Card on File)
Saving a card is optional and requires your consent at the time you save it. When you save a card, you authorize us to store a secure token and to charge that card for future services you request or that you do not cancel in time. You can remove a saved card yourself at any time from the “Find Your Receipt” page on our Site, or by contacting us.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Saved-card tokens are kept until you remove the card or the token expires.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and correction — you may ask us for the information we hold about you and request corrections.
- Deletion — you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must legally keep.
- Remove a saved card — remove it yourself on the “Find Your Receipt” page or ask us.
- Communications — you may ask us to stop sending non-essential messages; we may still send messages needed to complete a transaction.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details above.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including tokenization of card data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
Our Site or emails may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the revision.
